They opened up just recently again so I'm unsure. But it used to open to the public just about a year ago. I haven't been in a while.

Aquatic kingdom isnt closed. It moved inside the food court (same Plaza).

There's an entrance from the food court aswell but yes, deffinetly easier to park and access from the back.

Coral Reef Shop has a Email list and Red sends out an update every Friday like 12:05 am
R2O does mention sales on a different Forum as well as NAFB
