Hello!
This is my Fluval Shaker 66 gal.
I'm working on an anemone and Duncan garden. Also have a bird of paradise at the top and a hideously transplanted red fire digita that seems to holding on. Oh and a Belladonna zoa in there in the bottom right.
Going to grab a green nem and a sailfin soon. And the usual CUC.
My main issue, which may be in my head, is I feel the crashing of the powerheads together doesn't cover my whole tank.( Sicce 5000(1350 gal hr). ) I'd like to mount them pretty much at the same level, but on the back wall and have two points of crashing water at the front. Will that configuration be better? I don't intend to put nems closer than 5 in from the bottom of the bird.

I find the optimal flow is very different from tank to tank. Depends on location of livestock/dimensions/live rock placement.. etc. It's just something that I get a feel for in time and adjust accordingly. I think your fine either way.
