Yup thats it.  Vet inspections for fish?  Awesome!  (not).  Also notice that CITES is governed by Enviroment Canada.  These are the guys who specialize in the CITES permits in order to legally import Corals.

It seems most of the species listed have the ability to be categorized as invasive, not really pertaining to marine ornamentals.,
The form is also dated 07/12, no mention of the 03/13 date referenced.
Seems most of what we are interested here would fall under the exemption category...
Good information to be aware of though, the noose gets tighter.

I still think if you are sensible and bring back one or two frags, they won't want or go through the hassle of the paperwork and time to process these rules, bring back a styro full and you definitely would have issues :?

due to my previous track record im sure even that would be a reason to give me trouble. i was so close to buying a nice frag from tropicorium but had to resist since i thought i was gonna get hung lol. maybe one day ill grow a pair
