Very Unhappy !!!!!!!

This is the second time now me and a friend have made the long trip to your store and left empty handed and both with lots of money to spend.
Why is it that when I ask a price it's not for sale or sold or
Can't sell it to me because they can't find the price on the web page? Also I was told your store dose not take my native tax card? Why? I was told they had to look into it 6 months ago and still nothing to this day. there is nothing to look in to. Anyways thanks for the bad trip I hope this dose not happen daily..... There was also one other unhappy customer that walked out with nothing because the coral he CALLED about was sold even tho they told him they have them. THANKS ALOT

wow i never have anything like that happen they always give me great service and i love the polyp extension my acros have from there ya they are a bit small and pricey but amazing colour and health and tons to choose from look at online sps prices $55 for a fist sized high grade colony isnt a bad price most places i see are $75 for same size which is what they used to charge

That's a shame that you've had a bad experience twice now, and the issue with the native card is definitely not good. Anyone in business needs to know how to deal with status cards. I would like to make a suggestion, I don't think all of the stores read every post here on the group. It might be a good idea to put the store in the title of the post. Just sayin they may not have seen the post.

They don't have to pay 8% of HST. I have looked it up, as there is a reserve 20-30 from my place and London.

I'll tell you something when the papers were signed for the native people nowhere did it say we can change anything on here when ever we want so please don't tell me what it may or may not cover. JUST SAYING

We apologize for the native tax card issue. I (Isabelle) had originally called the ministry to find out details about this. The person took down my information and said a specialist will call. We never received a call. Since I never got a call back, I forgot (it is my fault). I called again and left another message.

We apologize that a lot of the items are not for sale/sold. We are an online facility geared towards shipping coral across Canada. When corals are sold online, they are put aside. Unfortunately the sold corals have to be put in the sold section. If we didn’t do this, it would make other people who “paid” for these items very upset. Any other corals will be getting moved to the back room once the system is ready.

Corals in our store can get sold really fast, so even if you call, it can still sell. The best option for this is purchasing it online and selecting “local pick” to get free shipping. We hold corals for about a week so it gives you plenty of time to make it in and its guaranteed to be here :)

Please keep in mind that some corals might be slightly pricey, because we believe in stable water conditions, water testing, good lighting, proper nutrition and coral care. Unfortunately to operate proper reef systems, it does cost us and prices reflect. We are not a fast turn over, get it in and get it out type of store. Our fish will be treated with the same respect.

It is extremely hard to make everyone 100% happy, 100% of the time. All we can is our best and find solutions that work for everyone.

Sorry to see some have concerns. I however have now been twice and my experience has been nothing but impeccable and the customer service has been flawless with questions, concerns and advice.
I was advised on prices when I asked and was also advised to avoid certain areas that were sold and being prepped for shipping.

I picked up some stuff from you at the expo so I was pumped to go to your store but... When everything I ask about is sold or being fraged and even didn't have a price so was not for sale I was very upset but it is what it is. also sorry Steve for my last comment but I'm sure you understand where I'm coming from
