Well I am no @J_T, but I played with some scrap acrylic I had around. First was a 3" view box as the 8" one I had was a PITA in my frag tank and just too big for a quick look. Then I though I could make up my own ATO float bracket for my new suml on my next project. Everything works like a charm. Not laser cut fancy polished...but it will do.

A quick sand and a light pass over a propane torch will give you the flame polished edges if you want them. Do a couple tests with some scrap before you try it on the pieces you have done.

I can router, sand and fire the edges next time for sure. This was a test of design. Although it really works well, not sure if I will remake one lol
