How about these ones? I did WC last night and I pour a bucket of fresh saltwater too fast and hit the sand and in turn blow all of these swimming creatures everywhere. The clownish went nuts and started eating them.

Also might be better to use a pump to put water in slower... as not to disturb the sand bed and put more bacteria into the water column.

I do. Only the left over cant be pump so I dump it in. I use brute bin to mix saltwater

I think this is Emerald crab larvae. I found this videos on YouTube. Will this cause problem in my tank?
