what is this?

Hi all new to the hobby, can anyone tell me what this is? It looks like a centipede. Pic isn' t the greatest but I rarely see it out I know theres at least 2 of these that came with the live rock I bought. Are they ok to have in my tank or do I need to remove them. Thanks to all that respond.

Appears to be a bristle worm, google bristle worms and fire worms to know the difference between the two. There fine for your tank but don't touch them

haha no worries... hurts like a bitc... bee sting when you 'pet' them... 8)
