what to feed my clowns?

what is the best food for my 2 clowns also how much an how often should i feed them?

mine like marine flake, and mysis shrimp.

Mine love the spectrum pellets that sink... they eat what they want and the crabs get the rest

I feed flake, and the IO brine shrimp

Depending on my work schedule its either one "bigger" feed, or two smaller ones.
And when I say bigger.. it's still pretty small.

I read in a book or something, If your feeding once: feed no more than they can eat within 5 mins.
If twice: No more than they can eat within 3 mins.

do u mix the flake and the brine shrimp or feed seperate

I do separate, I suppose you could mix but they might pick there fav and disregard the other.

with the frozen brine can you keep the leftovers of what you dont use an use it for you're next feeding

find out how much brine shrimp they are eating in one feeding and then when u feed next time,  u can take a knife and cut the frozen cube of brine to the rite size.
