Whitish worms in rock

Whitish clear worm coming out of small holes in live rock any ideas what it is I have a bunch of them they are soft and grow and retract

Could be a spaghetti worm or possibly vermetids, although I doubt it is the vermetids. My vote would be for spionid worm.
