Wondering What This Is

Can anybody tell me what this is, it came in on my live rock, acually there are like five or six of them, they where inside of a couple little caves, it is approximately 1cm by 1cm

this is a foraminifernas. they grow in dark or shaded areas in the rockscape. they are harmless and a General sign of good health

where abouts are ya.... i manage to make it everwhere some time or another.... gotta love those good weird things that pop up outta nowhere i keep putting sponges in my sump in a dark area and they love it
