great video Tony, wish I had a clue, but I have never seen this type of creature. Towards the end of the video it becomes very clear and crisp, hopefully one of the guys can identify it for you !

From doing some research for you. These are tough to kill. They prey on snails and clams. A six line wrasse will eatthe small babies but hand removing adults are required. They will kill snails and leave a mucus form on the shell.See this in your tank?
Very fast at reproducing and are mostly nocturnal. Rated one of the worst pests in the reef tanks.

Flush it.
