Worm Id

Hey guys was doing some work on the tank when I noticed some tiny white worms on the sandbed. At first I thought they were tubes from feather dusters that died off when I upgraded from the 55 to the 90. Except upon closer look they were in fact moving.
I'm hoping there beneficial and not bad. Can someone help me?

Can't tell by the photos are they hairy or smooth? Thick or thin?

are they fuzzy at all? Some of the bristle works when small look white but you can see hairs on the side if you look close. More then likely these are beneficial.
