Would This Be A Good Refugium Light?

I have a light but i am looking for something different. I saw this light on amazon and wondered what the experts thought?

I think it depends on how big your refugium is. For a really small fuge they may do ok, otherwise they'll be underpowered. I watched a video of someone that bought the second one specifically to use on his fuge and he measured only 50-60 par 12" below the light.

I borrowed from the 20 im not currently using. i was hoping to spend less than 100 bucks.

I use par 38 screw on bulb you can find on ebay even kijiji. And clip on desk lamp from walmart. Works great
