Hi,

I'm just curious if anyone on this forum is using this salt mix?? Mostly curious if anyone is having issues with it.....
I'm interested in knowing what parameters it mixes to for you and also perhaps any info like date or batch number of the salt.
The main parameters I want are alk, ca, potassium, iodine, strontium, and boron.

We use TM Pro Reef exclusively in-store and sell it by the gallon.

I've tried most salt brands and always go back to TM Pro Reef. It mixes so clean with no residue and I love the parameters.

When mixed @ 1.026 I get the following results. These are the only parameters we test for.

Calcium 450ppm
Alkalinity 7dkh
Magnesium 1350ppm
Potassium 400ppm

Sometimes we get a bucket that is low in alkalinity but all other parameters are good so we just buffer it up.

I have heard many good things about it from people who use it. I think price and accessibility factor in most people salt choice. :)

Regardless of price or what anyone has heard regarding a certain brand of salt, I strongly suggest everyone tests each new bucket or box after mixing the first batch from it....
