Ill prolly just go with 6blue plus, a purple plus and a actinic.

I like the blue,but not pure blue. I wonder if one coral plus would look a little better.

I agree with MIke here, you will want one coral plus. Just do one coral plus and one purple plus....then the rest blue plus.

Is this just a personal preference thing, or does the coral plus do more for Par then all blue. Cause personally i like the blue look.

Corals will grow better on certain light spectrum. Typically, a 10k tank will have more growth then a 20k tank with the same PAR. A tank will all Blue plus and Purple plus will be well beyond the 20k spectrum.

PAR is not everything .

So what should a 8 bulb t5 unit have for bulbs for the best growth but not a overpowering white?
