Pretty sure it's a spotted puffer. I've never seen one with a yellow belly. I like it!

I have a blue spot puffer (essentially the same, just slightly different markings). Occasionally picks at snails, but never enough to harm them. They max out at 5", though mine has been 3-4" for the last few months.
