so I looked today to notice 3 little white pods and im getting worried because they are popping up more then normal ? Here's a pic someone help me out here , it's almost like it has a mouth , and opens up but it's not the stupid anemone things I got a peppermint shrimp for that he cleans the tank up fast. I hope the pics clear enough .

Looks like pineapple sponges to me. I've had them in my sump and overflow. No problems. I think they are filter feeders, a good thing.

Damn I couldn't have figured out it looked like a Pinapple .. Jeez it's a Friday : p , if that's what it is im glad lol don't need things eating my corals

+1 definitely pineapple sponge. Usually something that's very common within the first few months of setting up the tank, they feed on silica, and will usually disappear eventually. My sump is literally covered with them right now (my tank was moved a few months ago)

Yeah I moved my 20 gallom to a 40 gallon on July 12th this year but my live rock and canister filter is over a year old now from old set up

Also I just seen my hammer coral and it's getting a lot of coral line infact the past month it's been crazy fast and his skeleton is all purple on the side face up to the light , dose it effect corals in anyway ?
