So my leds are at 50-60% mostly full blues , corals are doing fine but was wondering if slowing intensifying the led to higher percentage ( by 3-4% a week) would it speed up coral growth ?
And I add reef roids and fuel on top of everything aswell

it is a good idea to add it slowly. Also monitoring Ca/Mg levels will save against a possible problem.
I.e. increasing light will require more Ca.

I didn't know that more light messed with Ca. Although that's not a big problem I have test kits and alk and ca booster

the more light they have the faster the symbiotic algae inside them can break down elements into nutrients needed for growth. you shouldnt have to go above 75% till they age a few years. too much light is worse than too little imo
