Yeah ... it was a bit dark and crowded at FragFest to really be social. A yearly BBQ/Picnic would be a cool idea. Bobbing for frags anyone?

Last London Frag fest was the first one I attended, and didn't know what to expect. I thought it was a TFT function, not knowing it was an open event for all of Ontario. Still I enjoyed it, but a more relaxed atmosphere would be enjoyable too. Brown pops, lawn chairs and burgers kinda thing.

I was curious about a TFT get together. I've heard mention of one in the past. As much as I liked FRAGFEST, I was hoping to meet some more members while there. You know, a little more TFT family oriented. If I had my shop built, I'd host. "FINGERS OFF THE PVC MR" (aka the inventory).

Yes, the site owner Rick started with the BBQ in Wallaceburg (north of Chatham, between London and Windsor. Half way between Chatham and Sarnia). People would travel from everywhere for his frags. But he had an 8' frag table packed. The get together was always nice and relaxed. Since then, most people are less willing to travel. I would like to see something in the area. Salty Cracker is looking at one possibly in London in the fall and we know he has the room and the basement. If people were willing to travel, then Deptron as a killer property to host at.

Here's hoping I'll have a "killer property" next year to host one in Ingersoll. If it goes through, it will be easy access off the 401.

It wasn't the 8' frag table...it was the world famous Wallaceburg donuts that we made the drive for!!!
