Leaving for Mexico tomorrow and I'm going straight into the ocean!

Going to try and catch as many lions as I can! I've gotten the okay for brining them back into Canada. Will the fillets stay good in just a cooler? Or do they need ice?

Well sadly I didn't get to catch and eat any lions, was really looking forwards to trying some. But the good news is I didn't see any which means the locals are doing a great job protecting the reefs!
