hey guys just wondering what everyone here is using for liquid foods for coral. Been using mostly dried products.

I suggest that you think twice about using the phytoplankton. I have been having high PO4 levels and I have just read that phytoplankton contributes to that problem. There seems to be a big debate over whether it is a good idea to use phytoplankton, and I have read some very good articles on this topic. I have decided to stop using phytoplankton for a few weeks and see whether I still have an issue with my P04.
