Just put in about 30mins in and I can feel it being set up sooner.  LoL

I know it's on.y 2 sides so far but curved tanks are a pain to clean

So here is the tank now.  I was up u til 2am last night frustrated with this damn tank and I don't know when to quit until I remembered my alarm was set for 4am for work. LoL
So I tinkered around with it tonight and this is the best it's going to get.

My problem was that when I turned it on the water would just hit the edge and every ten mins a little trickle over.  Repositioned everything and tinkered some more and best I can get is 1/8" from the top.  It now has a slight lean and I've tipped the tank back to slide thick pieces of cardboard under to balance and its not quite there yet.
Reason why the tank is a little foggy cuz of me tipping it alone.

Tested tank tonight.
Used only RODI in this tank.
Ammonia 2.0ppm
Nitrite 0ppm
Nitrate 20ppm

Only a pound or so was live rock and the rest was dried rock.

Also got a new light and loving how it looks. Picked up a 18" Zoomed aquasun HO LED fixture. Here are 3 pics. One with just the white light, one with white and blue and one with just blue.  Taken with an iPhone, ill have to take some with the gopro later.

Update:

Test tank last night.
Ammonia - 0ppm
Nitrite - 0ppm
Nitrate - under 10ppm

Found a Nassarius snail in the tank that survived the cycle. Also I thought I cleaned out the back chambers well but apparently not. There are at least 11 tubes in the chamber just before the return pump input with white feather dusters and a piece of live rock with 5 on it.

Update: cube has been running well.  Everything testing out great as well.  I ended up adding a pair of clowns to the tank earlier than I wanted to. Rescued them from a buddy that hasn't been maintaining his tank due to other priorities. Salinity was at 1.049 and they took 13-14hrs to drip to 1.024.  Also added in some corals thanks Ben and Jerry (not the ice cream). Added a strawberry dottyback, some peppermint shrimp, snails, pink tip anemone and a cleaner shrimp.  Also temp holding my juvenile blue face angel.
