Affiliates must adhere to all the forum policies including specific policies set-out for vendors that wish to be associated with our site.
* Affiliates are assigned this status at our discretion. We value our local vendors and the knowledge they bring to the forum. Only authorized vendors may post commercial content.

Affiliate's Posting Policy:
It's Thefragtank.ca's policy to prevent unwanted sales solicitation occurring outside of the designated "Affiliate Forums". Commercial threads and commercial replies to threads outside of the affiliate forum by vendors or vendor employees will be considered a form of solicitation. These posts will be deleted. Stores, and/or their employees, wishing to respond to such a thread can do so ONLY via a PM directly to the member.
"However", responses by affiliates are permitted in the "Looking for..." area of the site. In any situation, if we find that this system is being abused and price wars occur between affiliates, we reserve the right to either delete, edit replies, or remove this privilege at any time.
Notification of Changes:
Thefragtank.ca reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
