So im a dumb dumb and bought the AI hydra 26(2 of them) not the hd version but the older one, im happy with my purchase but noticed theres no control, my question is if I buy the wireless controller

http://www.jlaquatics.com/dry-goods...ed/aqua-illumination-wireless-controller.html

will this be ok to controll both of them?

In the meantime can I use my reef keeper elite to work as a timer while I wait to buy a controller?

thats epic thanks for sharing! also thanks for posting that link i hope I hear back from him soon!
For now is it ok to use reefkeeper as a timer for them and plug them into it? I have 3 power bars and both have the 4th recepticle free on either one.

You can manually turn them on and off like syberloach said by pressing the button on the back. But I would not run them more then two pushes three tops (at your own risk) as this default mode runs the channels at 100% settings if I remember correctly and you would more then likely nuke your corals if you went to much higher. Since you have not accumulated your corals to the new lights the only thing you can control is the intensity till you get the director. Then you can start programming the channels. The hydra are more intense LED then you think so be cautious.

Reefsupplys.ca has the director and they normally ship within a few days if your source doesn't get back to you. If you ordered soon you would more then likely get it by Monday.
