Ai Prime Hd+ Dead Fan

Hi all, I have a pair of AI prime HD+ that have been running since May 15th, one of the units has a dead fan, is anyone aware of how to replace a fan? AI support pointed me to a shop in Quebec, however that is a little far away from St Catharines. Thanks for any replies.

May 15th 2019? Shouldn’t they replace the fan?

if you do manage to get one elsewhere they are super easy to replace. Just a few screws ( need security bits) and a little connector. There is a video online on opening the AIs up...

I believe reefsupplies has the fan for the prime for like $25

I did get the contact info for Xenia reef concepts, I believe that is what it's called. I have not contacted them yet as it is long weekend, I will Monday and see what they say.

Worst case I'll buy one from reef supplies as suggested. Most likely cheaper than sending it in which is what's suggested.
