aiptasia killer

I bought aiptasia X to try and get rid of them, did like the bottle says, it was really easy to do. I had a lot in my tank and did a bunch of them to try it and so far the product worked great. An hour later and the section I did I don't see any movement, and a couple of them are imploding just like the box said. Will have to keep you all posted the next few days the progress.

If they come back, let me know, my file fish loves em. Now that they are gone, he eats regular mysis with everyone else.

Can I borrow him lol

Sure, the LFS in Chatham on your way here has em for like 15$, might be cheaper there then the gas to here.

In the same boat as Reefreak.    Peppermints have done a little but not nearly enough.  I need a copperband or filefish.

I'm definetly not doing the nudis, that's insane for the price... I didn't get to call, just seen the name now. I will call tomorrow morning and see if they have or can get 3. If you guys ( neo and dale) are still in.

Works and it's free.

Way to many in my tank to do that.. In the sand bed, they would just disappear into the Sand bed, would be a disaster trying to suck them out. Plus ones I can't see, a filefish would probably be a better idea for me personally.

matted filefish are great but can take a liking to corals I had one in my tank for over a year then just few weeks ago I added a acan and right in front of me that damn file fish started tearing it apart

I priced nudibranches too, way too expensive. Went to a salt store in London and bought the aiptasia X to get rid of the majority, also bought 5 think he called them peppermint shrimp to do the rest. He also told me that when they are gone I could bring the shrimp back if I want and exchange them for fish or corals. Thought that was a great deal.

Chemical warefare and 5 peppermint shrimp in a 30gal? You may not have any left to return for the little credit you would get back.

Good luck. I hope it works out better then I am imagining
