Hello

Is there any alternative to Y tubing/connector that connect the return pump to return nozzles?

I found Y tubing is taking so much space in the return pump chamber.

Hard to help without a pic. Move the Y further up in the plumbing, closer to the tank maybe? That way you only have one line going into the sump.

Y fittings can be a little bit of a pain to get your return flow evened out. I would use a T, 2 90s, and 2 valves to control each flow "arm". Y fittings are better suited to drainage than supply IMO.

It is the standard Y fittings that come standard on IM Fusion 40. I will take pic later.

I've owned the IM tanks before and honestly I have a feeling it'll be very hard to replace those wye connectors as the space in the back of those IM tanks is very minimal as well. If you were to replace with hard plumbing like suggested above i doubt you'll be able to fit the plumbing in or your hand for any maintenence etc. That being said for your tank I wouldn't worry about replacing them, the difference would be minimal if anything.

Best to take a picture I guess. Is this an AIO (all in one) tank? I was thinking it was coming up from a sump...
