So I'm replacing four hydor 1500's with two wp40s. I have the four hydor wired to a plc and i wrote a time based program. I had different patterns consisting of any four alternating continuously or pulsing but hated the constant clicking of the propellers. So it was my bday last week and the wife said we didnt get you anything then light bulb. I ordered Monday night and will be here today. I might do a little review. I

I have one in my 125. Slight buzzing sound, otherwise quiet. I am looking into getting an aquacontroller to coordinate with the second pump I plan to put in.

I have 2 wp25s in my 90 controlled with my apex, great pumps

How do you control these pumps with your Apex out of curiosity?

iirc you need to buy the reef angel jebao cable, cut the end off, splice a cat 5 connector on (to plug into the apex). and use the tunze or vortech custom wave profiles to control them.

You can make a cable from an ethernet cable but you have to make a voltage divider (to cut the voltage in half) with 2 equal resistors, I used 2.4K ohm but you can use 1K or 5K as well, as long as they are equal.
The joebo operate on 0-5v instead of 0-10v which is apex
