Get to mops and buy some valves for the reactors, crank the input and turn the output to half and it should boil real nice for ya, I think the pressure is to much from the mag, so the water going threw the input is not going straight down the tube and coming from the bottom to the top like it should, it starts leaking into the rwzcor chamber not even making its way to the bottom of the gfo pile and getting pushed back threw the output without doing anything. Does this make sense ?

That all depends if you have 1800 gph shooting threw the reactor with no valves, sure that would be messy, but the reactors do come with valves, I also dial the mag down with a PVC ball valve.

I have a mag 18 pushing through my TLF 550 reactor. Not a ton of GFO in there right now.

It also daisy chains into my carbon reactor which is also a TLF 550

Well just like my other post, my opinion would be the pressure is to much and the water is not all making it down the straight tube inside the reactor and coming from the bottom up. It's just pushing out the top of the tube and exiting the reactor.

What I find is that only part of the reactor "boils" the water does not come back up through the reactor evenly. Part of the GFO never "boils" I have played with it endlessly and I cannot figure it out. Nor do i have the patience for it anymore. After more than enough accidents with water spraying everywhere I am at the point of giving up.

Well the tlf reactors come with valves. I have them on the input side right now and they are fully open. I can transfer them to the output side and throttle things back. Will report findings tonight

Also does the length of hose make a difference? It isnt exactly cut to spec. There are few inches of excess tubing here and there....

haven't gone home yet to work on it. I gotta go grab some salt first and then off to home, I'll start fiddling with it around 9pm I reckon.
