The wife said this morning the lights where not on the skimmer was off and the right powerhead was off to. ..so i was on the road trucking so we trying to figure out whats going on by blackberry messenger  so i told her to make sure sump has enuff room and unplug the apex at the wall  and hope mebbe it will reset  so she went to the apex program on the mac.  And said it was frozen so she restarted it. Then boom it all worked ... So is that normal for the apex to shut down like that.  Or should the apex be closed at all times when we not looking at it ?  R is there safegaurds?

It's weird to have them freeze like that, your return should default to on if the apex looses connection but if it freezes the only way is to reboot it by unplugging like u did. It does happen, a few people complain on the Neptune forums about it.
