Apex won’t upgrade

Get communion error. Long story. Had a leak and my trident got wet and fried the chips. Got a new trident and couldn’t connect to it. Said needed update but I can’t get it to update. Ethernet hook up direct and can’t do it three my iPhone or computer. Any help thanks

The controls have become sporadic. I can switch on the app but they don’t always switch unless you reset unit and then they work sometime.

That sounds like a tough one..
I have had success by disconnecting everything reset your wifi, slowly connne t each Neptune component until
its all functioning again. ??

Have you contacted Neptune support?

Sometimes getting direct support is the best option. Have you tried the Apex support forum? I would still be interested in hearing the answer.

Sent it in for repairs and they replaced a chip in it. All good now.
