Hey all. I have a Tunze nano 3152 on my IM Nuvo 40. I can't get the system to run on it's own. If I cycle the power with the water low, it will fill to appropriate level. If the water is high and I cycle it won't run. The plunger moves freely. I'll tap plunger when water is low and it won't turn on. It has filled on it's own randomly over the past 2 weeks but I have to cycle power over 90% of the time. I have tried putting cardboard between the magnet and cycling power with water high and still won't run properly. Attached is a pic of how I have it set up. Any suggestions? TIA

Sounds like something wonky with either the float switch or the IC.

Is it out of warranty? Just curious as the LFS/online store should be dealing with Xenia on your behalf.

Failing that, contact Roger Tunze USA for some trouble shooting.

I have a homemade setup here, with float switches I get off ebay/aliexpress etc.

I have had 4 of the float switches fail over the years, that's why I keep extra. Is this an older unit? Could be a similar situation? Can they be replaced? On ebay they were like $10 for 2, and on aliexpress they were like 10 for $2 (don't get those, they are really crappy). Also check the connections from the float switch to the mechanism, maybe it's corroded?
