Bad Idea To Mix And Match Older With Newer Led Lighting?

Hey guys currently running 2 AI hydra 26 fixtures + director on the 90 thinking bout adding another one or two as I want to keep alot of sps in the future
My question is the newer hydra 26's are the HD line and my 2 current ones arent, will this cause any probs if im mixing the two? or should I sell old ones and upgrade completely?

I think right now with only 2 im kinda pushing it maybe a fellow reefer can point me in the right direction?

If you get the HD's you won't need the 26's
Sell them and help recoup some of the cost. The HD's are pricey, but they kick ass!

Or go mixed lighting and add 2 t5 HO's to your 26's

Sorry. I misread the op. I thought you were talking about the 42 HD's

But if you wanted. You could run 2 (26 HD's)with the 2 you have now. I'm pretty sure you'll be able to dial in the settings to get good colour blending.

Or just get two of the Forty Two HD's and sell yours. They're crazy powerful lights.
