Blood worms???

What's everyone's  thoughts about feeding with blood worms? Did some research and it says they can cause early death due to the fact the saltwater fish can digest the fatty parts.  In asking due the fact that my one fish is a picky eater (due to unknown circumstances)

i didnt know that,ive fed mine bloodworms as a treat as i had a pack left over from the discus days,all gone now and i wont be using them again
