Bonding Acrylic

I want to attempt a DIY project with acrylic but not sure what to use for the saltwater atmosphere?  I have heard about Weld On products but not sure where to find them?  any ideas on products to use for bonding acrylic?

Thanks for the info Neo.  Going to have wait if I go that route as I don't make many trips to the states.  Was kind of hoping I could find something at a box store

it is apparently a dangerous good so air shipment is expensive ... can ship it ground with an issue but crossing the border becaomes one i think.  There are a couple people who live at the border and make the trips to london and states regularly.  You use a depot in the states as the shipping address... . pay the guy 5 bucks... get you package and bring it home or have someone else do it
