Anyone using a filter roller? Thinking of the Clarisea SK-5000 as I am not going to clean filter socks and don't want to go back to floss, I'm thinking this will be much easier in the long run.

Let me know how it works for you, I've had enough of changing filter socks every 3 days. My only concern is connection, I have 4 drains and not sure if all can connect or maybe 2 connect and that would be enough? At any rate it would be better than nothing.

I run the 5000

like it a lot. Amazing how much gunk it pulls out.
Roll lasts 4-6 weeks
Skimmer does less work too

only thing I don’t care for is changing the roll. For some reason I can’t always slide it off like they show. Too tight. Have to check I’ve assembled it correctly otherwise worth it

1” input is metric so had to shave the 1” pipe a little to fit. No biggee
