what glue are you using ? some glues better for certain applications ?
Just finished tube of seachem seemed pretty good.
Worked better than the CorAffix I just opened.
I want to launch in across the room!
Can't say I'm impressed but what do I know !!

The thicker the better cyanocrylate glue.
I've been back and forth on ecotech glue from my frag kit to dollar store stuff and I don't notice much of a difference

My only complaint about the dollar stuff is the tubes are usually 1/2 air, but the glue works well.

I use this gel stuff from brs. It's in a purple box. Never EVER goes brick in the tube. And man it never lets the frags go. It's amazing.

For dry rock I use cement...as in real cement...although the epoxy putty will work too..

I have never had a problem with any of them really aside from them going hard in the tubes. So I am now interested in the one that @reef keeper mentioned Lol.
My only complaint with the dollar store gels is that they don't come in bigger tubes/quantities.

Yes it does. And so does the LePages ultragel. ( probably the same manufacturer )

Had to reattach a couple frags this morning as the CorAffix didn't hold.
Got some bsi ic-gel.
Holy crap it works well. Bonded the large plug to the rock. A 15 head frogspawn in position. My fingers to another plug then a rag and finally my fingers together.
Highly recommended !

I find It is easiest to get the glue off your fingers with a little sandpaper. Then you get a manicure, and yes Lepage is the maker of crazy glue. It's the same stuff.

Was wondering that when you @reef keeper mentioned brs glue came in a purple box

That stuff is amazing. Sets in under a minute, yet won't get stiff in the tube. Weird. But soon worth the money
