Has anyone had any experience doing this? I don't have the equipment and would gladly pay for someone with experience to do this for me.

It is just an old 35 gallon tank I have lying around that I wanna work with.

Do it yourself, I wouldn't pay anyone to drill a tank. It's so simple. 10$ bit at princess auto, some water and a drill, your golden.

If sealife does it for 10 bucks as well, why wouldn't I just get someone with more experience and practice to do it for the same price. lol.

I don't want to learn how to do it, I just want it done. I also live in a condo apartment, so I don't have a ton of space for working on stuff like this. Seems easier to cart the tank down to Gary and let him cut the holes and install my overflows for me with the correct bulk heads.

Yes, a condo would make it difficult and for only 10$ and for how often you would do it, I understand why you would get Gary to do it. I would have a store do it if there was one that I trusted do it for me...especially for only a few bucks.

Give Gary a call. :D

I would understand of the bit was 100 bucks and gary charged 100 bucks, then it makes a lot of sense, but at 10 dollars, who gives a shit. It is convenient and easy to let Gary handle this one. His experience alone is worth 10 bucks.
