Ebay Float Switches

Has anyone ordered any float switches from ebay ?
I purchased a reefkeeper elite a few weeks ago and it came with 2 unused float switches. The float switches look exactly like these....

I have them wired in to my sl1 module and the signal is flaky...definitely not trust worthy.
Anyone else have issues ? I order a couple from autotopoff.com. They are the Madison m800 switches which seem to get good reviews online. Hoping its the switches not the RKE module

I never had any issues with my DA float switches, those switches you have look flaky.

I ordered and used similar ones. They were straight not angled. I didn't like them enough to trust on my system and will be getting 'good' ones soon.

Ordered 2 of the Standard float switchs from autotopoff.com. They are the Madison M800. Great reviews online. Had them on my 140 and work great for over a year
