omega one with garlic
cobalt  spirulina flakes

Formula One Marine Pellet w/garlic
Omega One Marine Flakes
Omega One Super Vegie Green Seaweed
Raw shrimp chopped fine, mostly for Dendro and anemones, but fish love it, too.

I alternate the above food, but I do not have a strict schedule.

I rotate between mysis and nori one day, then NLS pellets the next day. For corals, I feed mysis and Cyclopeez every 3 days or so.

Never feed the corals, it's to much of a pita with the 30" depth, need to find an easy way to do it. Lol

http://www.marinedepot.com/Taam_Rio_Coral_Feeder_Deluxe_Set_(4pcs)_Fish_Food_Tongs_Prongs-TAAM-TA01023-FIFDFETP-vi.html. Looks like they slide over the end. So yu could go get 3 of them and slide one over the end or cut em and glue together into oneblong one
