Took my genny for a test run today.

Ran like a champ! Plugged both my pc4's into it and ran it with no issues for 2+ hours. All systems working with my RKL.

Put my emergency kit together today too. Lots of gas(enough for 15+ hours), fuel stabilizer, long enough extension cord and a chain to lock it up during operation.

Honestly. I don't know why I haven't bought one earlier. Well worth it!

I have an inverter in my work van. It can run up to 3000 watts. Last power outage I had everything running off of it. By everything I mean the aquarium. Didn't think about TV or Fridge or any of that either. haha

Ya know, I have a generator but an inverter is not a bad option.. it's cheaper, smaller, and your car running is much quieter than a generator. I wonder if it's a better option. 3000 watt inverter on sale about $2-250, 3000 watt generator is $350-400. Worth looking into...
