Giant cup mushroom ate my baby clown

Upon feeding today i noticed my little clown is nowhere to be found. He had been hosting my cup mushroom for quite some time. Last night at lights out i noticed the shroom all balled up with a small opening at the top. Baby clown wS goung in and out. I giess he went in ans never came out!!!

I knew it was capable of doing so but it never ever tried closing up on them. I guess he wasnt so lucky last night... Oh well hope my other clown doesnt share the same fate

oh man that sucks....I used to have a large elephant ear. When I fed it, I would cup out and close up fast...I can definitly see how it could trick a clown into swiming right into the trap.....sux
