Looking really amazing. I love what you did with electrical. Very smart. Those stands are incredible.

Wow. What is the large guage run for? U relocating your panel or putting in a backup generator?
Looks great keep up the amazing work![]()
holy plugs, did you make a deal with your hydro company...looks awesome.. to recoup some of your cost you can have tours, lol
Thought about the troughs but not really needed since the floor slopes to both new drains. Both drains have 4" plates on them. Floor will be done with a industrial plastic tile that has a bit of texture to help traction when it gets wet and they are also slightly elevated so they are easy to spray down and have all debris wash to the drains
You've obviously thought of everything, nice
What is that in the one photo on the ceiling - a camera? Let you see everything remotely? If so, that's good thinking too![]()
You should look at solar panels on your roof to recover some of your electrical costs and what you don't use you sell back to the hydro company.
I have lots of outlets which will be connected to the profilux through controls and relays so i don't have to use the power special power bars.
I think most hitman would be afraid of you, no? Lol.The way this business is, you can never be to careful, lots of vindictive angry people out there. One of the reasons I wanted to do this setup out of my house is I can control who I allow over and not have to worry about a "hitman" per say.

Maybe something I look at in the future, although I may need three houses of solar pannels to cover the peak power consumption.
