Good Equipment For A Nano

Hey all, I need some of all your expertise in the nano ref sector. I have a diy 20 gal aio thats been up for about 3 months, and as expected I'm fighting diatoms like crazy... I'm looking for recemdations for an ato, skimmer, and reactor for gfo or phos-x. Your insight as well as troubles you have had would be aprecated.

I used the Hydor ATO on mine without any issue for Topoff, Also the Hydor nano slim skim, not expensive for either and had no issue. I know there are better, such as the Tunze but they worked. For reactor, if needed then 2 little fishes, but at the same time that is a lot of equipment for the tank. Just do weekly water changes and maybe toss a bag of carbon in the 'sump' area.
