Nothing terrible. I just wanted to change my order, before it was even sent because of a back ordered item. Couldn't figure out which item was on back order from my cart so I had to email the company. Should have had no issues cancelling anything at this point in my opinion. But I was asked to explain why I wanted to cancel certain items. Not sure why I need to explain item cancellation before shipment.
I was then told that the item I really wanted (not on any sale) was back ordered. I didn't really want to go down the email exchange any further justifying myself and reasoning I wanted to change my order. In fact if I did get to change the order I was going to purchase a couple hundred dollar skimmer and upgrade the ATO I had ordered. You see I had a 20 gallon tank and was either going to get a 60,90 cube or a 80 gallon shallow reef. I had ordered the parts for the 20 gallon tank.
Anyway, I order off the internet so I don't have to be hassled.
I shop at Costco because if I want to return something I do and there is no hassle.
I had always had good experiences before and even defended your store on another thread. But I never had to try and deal with anything but ordering and having the items shipped. When I wanted to deviate from that click and buy I was met with resistance.
I deal in the service industry, I have for a great number of years. I rarely get upset because I realize that doing so does not help. But if I don't get the service that I require then fine I have no problem taking my business elsewhere.
So in conclusion, there is absolutely nothing to rectify. I may even buy from you again because the dollar is king and business is business. But I learn that if or when I do order from your store I will not make the mistake of not being sure what I want.
