i came across this site a while ago and i love it so sharing the knowledge with everyone else since its not the easiest to find....

wait till you click on a specific thing this is better than any marine encyclopedia ive ever seen it pretty much lists everything known about each species and is a collective from all the major marine societies so it is constantly being updated
