So this is what I found. A place called Petculture in Guelph. It's has a wide variety of pets including all types of reptiles, snakes, fresh water fish and quite a few marine fish, anemones, and inverts as well. There was the biggest BTA there that I have ever seen. I would think in the range of 12 inches acrosss! There were a variety of corals there also. Plates, zoas, kenya trees, montis, open brain, and some sps that I'm not sure of the names. All the tanks looked very healthy. I believe if your in the Guelph area it's definately worth a stop and see. I then went to Big Al's in Kitchener. I was very pleasantly surprised! It's a large store with lots of dry goods in stock! I seen apex controls, Kessel lights are just a couple things I noticed. Tons of fresh water fish. They also have a lot of marine fish. You can see that the tanks that the marine fish were in have been worked on and looking pretty good. There were some tanks that they had blacked out I think because of an algie problem, but they are definately trying to improve. They have a lot of frags both in the moderately priced range as well as quite a few high end sps and softies. I bout a frag of fire and ice! It's my first zoa and I'm hoping that I have learnt enough from the members here and the reading of these forums here that I'll be able to grow them as well as some of the ones I have seen here.
Well that was my trip for today. Hopefully main more to come.
