Helping To Rescue A Hermit Need Advice

Hi everyone once again need some advice... a guy I know has emailed me for help... he was on a tropical beach and snuck some sea shells home... in these shells they noticed a poor little hermit crab. Is it possible that this is a land hermit . I'm going to quarantine it but not sure what else to do. Don't wanna be a jerk and let it die. It is very small I'll try to figure out how to post pics here

If he is a land one, which he will be or he would be dead by now..you will need a bowl of salt water and a bowl of fresh water for him at all times, get some coconut fiber on one side of his dry tank and some sand one the other, just look up hermit crab enclosures, you'll get the idea

Same thing happened to me when I came back from Cuba with some shells ...
