Hermit Crab Shells

Anybody know where to find hermit crab shells?

I have some empty shells in my tank, some of them are about 2 to 3", you are welcome to them if they will work for you..I also believe that you can buy them by the bag at PetSmart, some ppl use them for decorations in the tank..

Big Al's sells them at their Mississauga store but not sure about BA's in London

Also definitely check out the craft stores like Michaels. They generally sell them in bags for crafts

Also try the Dollar stores. I often see bags of shell there.

Was desperate so bought these hilarious shells. Hermits didn't seem to mind even though they seem incredibly impractical...

Lol I know, the weird thing is that that is one of the bigger shells I put in the tank and it is way too big for him there are several smaller ones that would be a better fit but he obviously wanted the biggest baddest looking one!!! I will continue my search this weekend to see if I can't find any more appropriate shell pants for my little friends. I guess that he may actually just like the one he has but I would rather at least give him the option of something more conservative lol

Very unique for him. He may decide to keep it even if you buy others better suited, LOL !
