I know vendors that have these collecting dust in their closets. They don't like them. Big and clunky system. And you have to wrestle the frags out, is what I was told.

I'm sure you can out-smart the rest. Didn't you say "if you (we) can dream it, I (you) can make it"?:)

Yes, and this is something I have thought about. But the bigger question is; do you need it? I don't go 4x4'ing with new coral in the car.... So, the container frag rack I make works perfect for me.

I could see this being good for shipping, but then you have the logistics of getting the container back.

You have a point there. If someone needs something that heavy duty, to transport their frags, then they're also entitled to a little "stupid tax".

Well Pipes ... you did remove all the warning labels. So the problem should just be working itself out really. ;)

@ J.T. - I wonder if there would be a market for this though. Not sure how much they would cost to make but I would think a larger supplier of frags would spend a bit to make sure that their shipment of possible expensive frags makes it to the destination. I'm certainly not experienced in any of this but if I was shipping several hundred or thousand dollars in frags I would absolutely invest a reasonable amount to make sure they get there in one piece. Although to be honest I don't even know how they are shipped now so my point may be moot. Something to think about though.

Dave.

Well, I guess I will add it to the "to-do" list... If I can find the bottom of it...

can you make it with either suction cups or magnets, for myself it would be great when adding new frags to the tank...

My urchin aims for freshly placed Frags. If not glued in lace they'll be upside down someplace you don't want them.
